- In case of an order, what are the delivery times generally?
The processing times of the order are 2 working days from the date of the order if the requested item is available in our warehouses or the waiting time varies from 7 days up to a maximum of 30 (working) days.
- From the moment I place an order, what happens?
We take charge of your appreciated order in the next 24h, as soon as the order is prepared, you will be contacted again in order to communicate the delivery time which will be 2 days if the requested item is available in our warehouses or, if the product is / i was not available, from 7 days up to a maximum of 30 days.
- What are the couriers used?
We ship with the express courier BRT and DPD.
